From Meditation classes for all levels, intimate yoga classes and learning groups, classes are a great way to progress with your own journey. Open to women from all walks of life who wish to leave the outside world behind them and dedicate a little time to finding themselves and connecting to others. There is no pressure to speak, it is a place where you can sit amongst sisters and feel safe.
Herbal teas, mats, blankets and cushions are all provided though you are welcome to bring your own.

Held on the third Thursday of each month starting 6pm this 2 hour sound bath targets relaxation and clearing.
A combination of soothing sounds to help you rest, restore balance and release what no longer serves you.
This session is designed to support you to find your voice and give yourself freedom to express. We begin with a share and some affirmations to help you connect to your frequency before you bath in the healing sounds.

A safe circle to explore your grief, discuss your ideas around Death and letting go.
Open to all aspects of death, physical loss of loved ones human & animal as well as ending cycles, letting go of life phases as well as fears surrounding loss.

Set aside your notions of silencing the mind and chanting in meditation classes, because while that may become part of your practice it can be hard to find your way.
Many feel self-conscious, nervous or even a little fidgety. This is completely normal. Meditation is not about shutting out thoughts, it’s about acknowledging them, accepting and letting go. Ultimately to heal and refocus your energy.
