Death Doula and holistic therapy

The role of a Death Doula is to support, hold hands and bring about peace during this time. In the months, weeks and days leading up to death, memories can be created, issues resolved and plans made. A holistic approach allows you to explore your feelings and find comfort. During those final hours and moments you can be held, soothed and feel less alone. 

With a background in care work and palliative support, I began work as a holistic therapist. I specialise in trauma healing, body work (massage, sacred touch & energy healing) and work as a death doula. Working holistically means I work with the body, mind, emotions and spirit as one. It is important to support all aspects of a person.

You are unique and as with all of my work no two days are the same, everything is bespoke and tailored to fit you and you needs.

My services as a Death Doula can cover life admin, emotional processing, resolving un-finished business, soothing the body through massage or keeping you company by reading you a story. These are examples, I am always open to your own specific requirements.
