My classes are small, inclusive and gently structured, no pressure to perform, no complicated techniques, no “push through it” energy. You’re encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks, adapt and show up exactly as you are on the day.
I teach with a focus on nervous system regulation, mind, presence and rest. Classes suit beginners and experienced levels alike, and options are always offered. You don’t need to be spiritual, or even know what you’re doing… just willing to turn up.

Many feel self-conscious, nervous or even a little fidgety. This is completely normal. Meditation is not about shutting out thoughts, it’s about acknowledging them, accepting and letting go. Ultimately to heal and refocus your energy.

I work 1:1 based in Hailes, nr Toddington. Together, we create what’s needed in the moment. Sometimes that looks like nervous system regulation and emotional processing; other times it might be deep energetic healing, breathwork, body connection, or sacred stillness. Often, it’s a beautiful blend.
Massage, coaching, spiritual guidance, and grounding practices can all be part of your experience, depending on what you’re carrying, needing, and ready to meet.
